Coaching Options Available

Sessional coaching 

One off or a series of coaching seasons covering specific areas requested by you

Duration – 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour

Goal setting coaching

A series of 12 sessions setting and achieving 3 goals
Duration – 1st session is 1 hour 15 minutes and each subsequent session is 1 hour

Why 12? – It takes roughly 6 sessions to identify habits and 6 sessions to change these habits
Why 3? – To allow Goals to be set in various areas of your life and identify any patterns or habits

Frequency – As goal setting feeds on from each session it is preferable to work together on a weekly or fortnightly basis. This can be discussed                
individually. Goal setting does require a commitment


Coaching over the phone works amazingly well because it involves the use of less senses and therefore enables more resource to be channelled into listening

Or, we can meet up for a coffee or a walk. Please note I charge travelling at 45p per mile

Additional support

I can offer you support between our coaching sessions and this can be tailored to your requirement. I will offer a quick 10 minute catch up call or 2 email contacts between sessions for Goal setting. For sessional coaching we need to decide what will work best for you.
